Elder Pam Holden heads the Single Women’s Ministry of Acts Ministries. This ministry covers a broad spectrum of singles including widows and divorcees. Those attending will experience a warm and friendly time of fun and fellowship. The focus of this ministry is not the singleness but the opportunities to be activated for service and ministry to advance the work of the Kingdom.
Elder Pam has a heart for ministry to others that is reflected in the fact that she served as a Chaplain at a local nursing home for years. She has compassion for assisting singles from all walks of life to embrace their journey of singleness through group bible studies, teaching, volunteer ministry and off campus activities appreciating the arts, nature, travel and visiting local attractions. Regular quarterly meetings are facilitated for the singles by Elder Pam on the fifth Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. These meetings begin with food, fellowship and Holy Spirit lead subject matter applicable to the life of singles shared to encourage interaction and participation for strengthening and encouraging one another.
